Breakpoint’s Deep Dive Business Engagement:

Opportunity Audit: Breakpoint works with clients to assess market opportunities, provide forecasting tools, pipeline development & management assessments, identify channel or strategic partnership opportunities and assess the overall revenue opportunity associated with the company’s business goals and objectives.

Process Evaluation: Breakpoint assesses current and planned processes for customer acquisition, sales management, client services, pricing, product positioning and any other relevant processes associated with revenue generation.

Action Plan: Breakpoint creates an actionable plan derived from both the Opportunity Audit and Process Evaluation in order to address tactical and strategic steps necessary and agreed upon to execute on goals and objectives identified during the processes outlined above.

Execution: Breakpoint executes the agreed upon tactical and strategic initiatives and works with our clients to provide measurable results on execution initiatives.
